Admission's Procedure
Step 1. APPLICATION:
Complete and return the application form with a non-refundable $100.00 evaluation fee. This fee will be deducted from the registration fee if the student is admitted to Highpoint Academy. Additionally, the following documents must be submitted:
Step 2. ASSESSMENT:
You will be given an appointment to have your child spend a half day at the school. Dr. De Villiers along with the school team will evaluate your child’s academic skills and observe social/emotional behaviors. You will be notified within 10 business days from date of evaluation if your child has been admitted to the program.
Step 3. REGISTRATION:
Once notified that your child has been admitted to Highpoint Academy, the following forms must be submitted:

- Copy of last IEP
- Copy of most recent psychological evaluation
- Copy of last year’s report card
- Copy of most recent standardized test score if applicable

- Registration and Agreement Form along with a $1,000.00 registration fee in order to secure the student’s placement in the school
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record (Florida Certificate of Immunization, HRS 680-Part A – Blue Form)
- Current Physical (Student Health Examination, HRS-H Form 3040- Yellow Form)
